The terms and conditions set out below apply to all services of Andros 4 All Seasons Villas & Suites, which are available directly online, via any mobile device, via e-mail or by phone. By accessing, navigating and using our website and / or making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth below (including the privacy statement). These pages, the content and structure of these pages, as well as the online booking service are owned, operated and offered by GLYNOS INVESTMENTS SA and are provided only for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.
Reservation Policy
Andros 4 All Seasons Villas & Suites, managed an owned by GLYNOS INVESTMENTS SA may require your credit card information to be approved by the state to verify your status and state. However, no charge is made to your booking credit card. (except non-refundable reservation). It reserves the right to request pre-approval of your credit card at any time before your arrival.
Standard Price: In order for your reservation to be made at least 30% of the total must be deposited.
Non refundable Price: In order for your reservation to be made, the entire amount of the reservation must be deposited.
Cancellation of a reservation is free of charge, subject to timely notice and always in accordance with the terms of the cancellation policy. In case of no-show, charges will apply according to the cancellation policy.
In the first stage of the process you will be sent a temporary confirmation, which will contain all the details of your reservation. Then, after paying the deposit, you will receive a final booking confirmation email.
Rooms booked by advance payment remain available until the next day’s check-out time, which follows the scheduled arrival date.
Accommodation Policy
Check in from 14:00 pm to 21:00 pm.

Check out until 11:00 a.m.
* There is the possibility for late checkout until 18:00 in the afternoon, with extra charge and depending on availability.
Daily bedding and thretment of the apartment. (rooms are excluded : Superior Suite, Sea View Maisonette, Grande Maisonette, StoneHouse Kochylou Villa )
Linen change will take place every three days (rooms are excluded : Superior Suite, Sea View Maisonette, Grande Maisonette, StoneHouse Kochylou Villa )
Breakfast is served at the Roof Top (except Superior Suite, Sea View Maisonette, Grande Maisonette).
Prices are in Euros per room and overnight, including taxes.
Wireless internet access is free.
Private parking is provided free of charge.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed
Parties and / or events are not allowed.
The quiet hours are between 23:00 and 08:00.
** Under the new measures against COVID-19 customers enter after a mandatory demonstration upon entry:
[a] vaccination certificate, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 9, or
[b] disease certificate, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 9 or
[c] confirmation of a negative diagnostic test for COVID-19 coronavirus (PCR or rapid test), in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 9.
[d] Minors from four (4) to seventeen (17) years old, may alternatively submit a statement of negative self-test (self-test), in accordance with paragraphs 3 and 4 of article 9.
Modification and non-arrival cancellation policy
A request to cancel or change a confirmed booking can only be accepted in writing by email. Changes to the dates are subject to availability, and the cancellation rules apply as follows:
The deposit and any additional payments are refunded in full if the cancellation is made 60 days before the scheduled arrival,
The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival or in case of no-show,
Late arrival is charged with 100% of the cost of the night,
Cancellations during your stay,
For Standard Prices will be charged full cost of the nights remaining until your departure, as specified by the reservation.
For Non refundable Prices there will be no refund, as specified by the reservation.
Payment Policy
Standard Price: During your booking you will be asked to make a deposit (the first night) to complete your booking. Payment of the deposit can be completed using a credit / debit card through the secure system of Eurobank or by Bank Transfer in our account listed in your reservation. Upon departure the balance will have to be paid in cash or by credit / debit card.
Non refundable Price: During your booking you will be asked to make a full payment (100% of the total) to complete your booking. Payment can be completed using a credit / debit card through the secure system of Eurobank or by Bank Transfer in our account listed on your reservation.
We accept the following types of credit / debit cards: MasterCard, Visa.
